I don’t even know
It crept in uninvited
A painful realization
You are so far away
In heart
In mind
In physics distance
I can never tell you the truth
It would be a betrayal
Like so many have done to you
You deserve to have people care about you
Without wanting more from you
Then you are able to give
So I stay quiet
Silenced by my own need to keep you
Even if at a distance I crave to close
It’s better to half have you
Then to loose you completely
